Me again with my final Christmas submission for Creativity. [See posts of 15Mar & 9Apr 2025.]

My final submission for my Christmas creations is two 8×10” paintings (framed). Both are from vacation photos taken by my daughter and daughter-in-law. 

The first I gave to my daughter and her family from their holiday in the Saguenay region of Quebec. The scene is  Baie des Rochers which my daughter described as one of the most beautiful places they’ve ever been.

The second was for my son and his family. It is from their vacation in Newfoundland, the scene is near Twillingate.

These were the most serious paintings that I had attempted at that time with not many brush miles under my belt. They were a challenge, but I was very motivated to make something special for my children and their families.
