Collectif Creativity: 6Jul2023

by Hélène Ceré

[Hélène is our newest member. Here she introduces us to her work. Ed.]

Now that we are settled in our new “Chez nous” I am finally getting to the fun part of life, that is getting my toys out and playing again with paint, glass and rocks!

All stained glass I make are my own designs. The paintings are inspired by snapshots of my life and the soapstone sculptures are reflective of lived emotions.

It takes me time . . . lots of time to walk the creative process and therefore I make few pieces of art at any given time. But when one is created, it is a part of me that I share!

I am sharing some of my most recent work of stained glass, acrylics paintings and soapstone sculptures.

I hope it meets the standards of the Collective.

I have taken a few classes here and there but still have so much to learn, experience and live!

Share your creative activities! Send JPG image(s) to cagac.ca@gmail.com with up to 100 words per image describing some or all of what moved you to spend time thinking about and producing . . . something! Share how/if creativity affects (controls?) your life. Please include size (height by width), title & media for each image.

Writers – we want to hear from you! Send poetry, lyrics, an excerpt. Try to include an image of some sort because that’s the media world we live in.

Everyone, share informative, inspiring Show & Tell demonstrating the creative mind.

  1. Welcome Hélène, bienvenue parmi nous.
Tes oeuvres sont magnifiques, et tellement différentes les unes des autres. I like your sculptures too.
Thank you for this creative introduction.
