Former Technology in Education professor at the University of Ottawa; guest professor at the Université de Rouen (Fr); former Associate Dean, Faculty of Education, UOIT and founding director of the EILAB.ca at UOIT. Now retired from academia, Dr Desjardins is dedicating his time to photography as an art form he studied in university back in the early 70's.
