Collectif Creativity

by Kerry van Herwynen MacIntosh

[Ed. note: Kerry sporadically (and generously) shares her struggles with creativity with us. For the record, we find her struggles inspiring and uber creative!]

This is how I feel when asked to do something I’ve forgotten [promise of artwork, Ed.] in a hurry. I had cut the birds out of a sketch pad for collage. Haven’t done that either.

I’m very much behind. I’ll keep working. Maybe do better🤷‍♀️

Tried this earlier. FYI, glue doesn’t stick to oil pastel

Searching through the collage papers for inspiration,  I came across a failed print from last year. Looking at it this time,  I saw fish.

I outlined what I saw and enhanced with metallic watercolour.

[Ed. again. Texture, composition, colour, interest – and she just tosses them off like nothing! Envious!!!]
